Quebec high school students and their parents were unable to access final ministry exam results on Tuesday morning after the government portal went offline.
The Education Ministry said it was dealing with technical problems and that its teams were working to restore access as quickly as possible. The results were scheduled to be posted at 8:30 a.m. ET, and the outage also affected summer makeup exam registration.
The disruption added stress for families waiting to see marks and to complete next steps for summer school. Education Minister Sonia LeBel said the ministry understood the frustration and was trying to fix the issue.
