Ontario Provincial Police say two people have been arrested after officers discovered tripwires while investigating a breakandenter at a Parks Canada property in Trenton, Ont.
Police went to the Subway Road site on July 3 in response to the reported breakin and found the wires set up in the area. Officers later dismantled the devices safely.
Two people from Quinte West now face charges including creating traps likely to cause bodily harm, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order, possession of methamphetamine, and mischief.
