Broadcom, CrowdStrike and PVH fall in after-hours trading after earnings updates
Broadcom earnings and stock moves drive sharp after-hours action across tech See why CrowdStrike, PVH, and C3.ai jumped or fell after fresh guidance
Several largecap stocks moved sharply after the market close on Wednesday as investors reacted to fresh earnings reports and forecasts.
Broadcom shares declined after the chipmaker reported quarterly revenue below analyst expectations, marking its first revenue miss since December 2024. CrowdStrike also fell after issuing weakerthanexpected guidance for the current quarter, while shares of Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet moved lower in sympathy.
PVH dropped after it kept its fullyear earnings outlook unchanged even though quarterly profit beat estimates and revenue was broadly in line. Other notable moves included Five Below and Petco, which both fell on updated outlooks, and C3.ai, which rose after reporting results that were better than Wall Street had expected.
