Stocks Move Sharply in Premarket Trading After Earnings Reports
Premarket movers highlight earnings winners and losers after key quarterly updates See how results, guidance, and major announcements are driving Wednesday’s trades
Several major companies saw large premarket moves on Wednesday after reporting quarterly results or updating guidance.
SpaceX fell after its first quarterly report since going public showed strong revenue but heavy capital spending tied to artificial intelligence. AMD also declined despite topping expectations, while Disney, Eli Lilly, Arista Networks, CVS Health, Booking Holdings, and Kratos Defense all traded higher after results that beat or broadly met estimates.
Other notable movers included Circle Internet Group, which rose after naming partners for its Arc blockchain, and Flutter Entertainment, which dropped after announcing a CEO change and trimming its revenue outlook. Pinterest, Teradata, Uber, DaVita, and Wynn Resorts also moved as investors reacted to earnings, forecasts, and updated financial guidance.
