President Lee Jaemyung, who is on a state visit to Mongolia, presented President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh of Mongolia with a traditional archery set and a smartwatch on the 10th. The Presidential Office said the gifts were prepared in consideration of the traditional culture shared by the two countries and Mongolia's Naadam Festival. The traditional archery set was made using traditional techniques by joining water buffalo horn and bamboo, and it carries the symbolic meaning of archery. A smartwatch equipped with the latest features was also presented, reflecting the fact that President Khurelsukh enjoys exercising in his daily life. First Lady Bolortsetseg was presented with a motherofpearl box engraved with butterfly patterns symbolizing happiness and prosperity, as well as vine patterns symbolizing longevity. President Lee will also attend the state dinner hosted by President Khurelsukh later that day, continuing the atmosphere of economic and diplomatic cooperation between Korea and Mongolia.
