Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang expanded cooperation with Korean companies in the AI factory and physical AI fields by meeting with SK, LG, and Naver in turn during his visit to Korea. Through this meeting, Korean companies have emerged as key partners in Nvidia's nextgeneration AI business.
SK is pursuing a plan to launch its first AI factory in Korea early next year, and SK Hynix has decided to strengthen cooperation on memory and key chip development for AI factories. With Samsung Electronics, it discussed mid to longterm cooperation plans in memory and semiconductor areas such as HBM4 and foundry.
LG has decided to cooperate with Nvidia in building a physical AI ecosystem. It plans to expand joint development and technological collaboration in humanoid robots, logistics robots, AI infrastructure, mobility, and cooling solutions, while Naver also seeks to jointly advance largescale AI cloud and data center construction with Nvidia.
