Yinchuan Launches the National Network Rule of Law Themed Publicity Campaign

On July 20, the 2026 national online ruleoflaw themed publicity event, “E Law Together, Law Nourishes the Land,” was launched in Yinchuan, Ningxia.
The event aims to showcase Ningxia’s achievements in building the rule of law on the internet and to popularize internet laws and regulations among the public, providing legal support for the highquality development of the local economy and society.
At the launch ceremony, representatives from different fields shared stories about the rule of law, the protection of netizens’ rights and interests, and the “30 Years of FujianNingxia Cooperation.” The event also released the online ruleoflaw action initiative, “Above the Clouds, a Clear and Bright Internet,” and simultaneously launched subsequent publicity and outreach arrangements.
In the next stage, the event will organize media interview teams to visit Yinchuan, Zhongwei, Wuzhong, and other places to promote online ruleoflaw practices. Outreach teams will also go to a number of primary, secondary, and higher education institutions across Ningxia to hold themed presentations on topics such as preventing internet addiction, combating online violence, the Cybersecurity Law, and regulations on online protection for minors.
