Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, July 28 — The 18th Executive Committee Fifth Plenary Meeting and the 11th Presidium Meeting of the AllChina Federation of Trade Unions were held in Beijing on the 28th. The meeting was presided over and addressed by Wang Dongming, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the AllChina Federation of Trade Unions. Wang Dongming said that trade unions at all levels should, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, conscientiously study, publicize, and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech delivered on the "July 1" occasion and Xi Jinping's thought on Party building, ensuring integration in learning, thinking, and practice, and unity of knowledge, belief, and action. He stressed that efforts should be made to combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the General Secretary's important speech at the conference commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the AllChina Federation of Trade Unions and the commendation meeting for national model workers and advanced workers, focus on the "15th FiveYear Plan" for China's labor movement and trade union work, steadily advance key tasks, and promote highquality development of trade union work.
