The Central and State Organs' “Two Excellences and One First” Commendation Conference Is Held in Beijing

The commendation conference for outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations of the central and state organs was held in Beijing that day. Cai Qi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Working Committee for Central and State Organs, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Cai Qi said that it is necessary to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1 and Xi Jinping's thought on Party building, further strengthen political awareness, firmly uphold the "Two Maintenances," and implement the requirements for Party building in all work of the organs. He also stressed the need to strengthen Party member education, management, and supervision, improve the Partybuilding system for the organs, fully shoulder the responsibility for Party management and governance, take the honored individuals and groups as models, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of Party building in the organs. The conference commended a total of 123 outstanding Communist Party members, 126 outstanding Party affairs workers, and 285 advanced grassroots Party organizations.
