Xi'an Courts Release Typical Cases on Optimizing the Business Environment

Xi'an, June 11 The Xi'an Intermediate People's Court held a news conference that day and released the "Top Ten Typical Cases of Xi'an Courts in Optimizing the Business Environment and Supporting Xi'an's HighQuality Development (2025)". The court said that the relevant cases fully demonstrate the practical results of judicial organs protecting the lawful rights and interests of various market entities in accordance with the law and serving highquality development. At the news conference, it was introduced that in 2025, Xi'an courts accepted 511,700 cases and concluded 430,200 cases in trial and enforcement; over the past four years, 182.3 billion yuan has been enforced in total. The person in charge said that the core indicators of the business environment led by Xi'an courts have ranked first in the province for four consecutive years. The cases released this time involve fields such as intellectual property protection, construction project contract disputes, securities transaction contract enforcement, and bill recourse disputes, focusing on demonstrating how courts respond to the practical needs of market entities in compliant operation, fair competition, and dispute resolution through precise judgments, coordinated enforcement, and improved rules. The Xi'an Intermediate People's Court said that in the next step, it will continue to strengthen judicial services and guarantees, promote the creation of a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable lawbased business environment, and support Xi'an's highquality development.
