Dr. Hong Hyegol and his wife, Yeo Esther, shared an update that they have resumed living together after ending five years of separation. In a teaser for the SBS entertainment show ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams Season 2 – You Are My Destiny,’ aired on the 23rd, the two said that they ended their separation after August 2025.
Hong Hyegol explained that his wife went through a difficult time while receiving treatment for depression, and mentioned that he had not fully understood the situation at the time. He also expressed regret, saying that what Yeo Esther needed may have been comfort.
