China's New-Generation Space-Ground Collaborative PNT Network Makes Its Debut at the BeiDou Large-Scale Application International Summit

At the 5th International Summit on LargeScale Beidou Application, held from September 15 to 16, cuttingedge technologies such as China’s newgeneration spaceground coordinated PNT network were showcased in a concentrated manner. This information came from the National Key Laboratory of Integrated SpaceTime Network and Equipment Technology, which is built and operated by the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Network and Communications Research Institute, located in Beijing. This showcase focused on integrated PNT capabilities such as positioning, navigation, and timing, and featured six major sections: spacetime innovation, spacetime equipment, spacetime security, spacetime networks, industry applications, and testing and certification, presenting fullchain achievements from chips and terminals to systems, applications, and testing and certification. Among them, the newgeneration spaceground coordinated PNT network integrates various subnetwork resources from spacebased, groundbased, and indoor domains to build an integrated test network; the highprecision widearea distributed time and frequency transfer system focuses on improving time and frequency transfer capabilities. Also on display were the Beidou railway station centralized control terminal, lowEarthorbit navigation enhancement payload, civil aviation Beidou safety protection products, and industry applications for scenarios such as emergency response, mining, smart parking, and modern agriculture. China Electronics Technology Group Corporation said that in the future it will continue to promote the integration of Beidou with technologies such as satellite internet, mobile internet, big data, and the Internet of Things, enhancing the scale and industrialization level of the Beidou industry.
