Recent continuous rainfall in Liaoning has affected railway transportation. The Shenyang railway department organized repair crews to work continuously for more than 70 hours, focusing on inspecting and addressing multiple floodrelated hazards.
Reports show that the emergency repair teams from the Shenyang Public Works Section cleared landslides, fallen trees, and mud buildup on key lines such as the Shenji Railway, and carried out fullcoverage inspections on more than 40 major lines including the Jingha, Shenhan, Shenda, and Shenji lines. They also promptly cleared drainage facilities and removed hazardous trees in order to restore line traffic conditions as soon as possible.
As of 4:00 a.m. on July 15, passenger trains on 12 lines including Jingha, Xintong, Kaqi, Shenda, Chaoling, Panying, Changbai, Shenhan, Shendan, Changhui, Shenbai, and Danda had gradually resumed service.
