A Chinese Navy flotilla arrives in Indonesia for a goodwill visit

On the morning of August 2 local time, a flotilla of vessels consisting of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy's Qi Jiguang and Kunlun Shan arrived at Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya, Indonesia, beginning a fourday friendly visit. This visit is part of the flotilla's mission to carry out a comprehensive opensea training voyage.
During the visit, naval officers and sailors from China and Indonesia will hold exchange activities such as mutual ship visits and friendly sports and cultural competitions.
