The notice shows that Meng Fugui is accused of losing his ideals and convictions, violating organizational discipline and integrity discipline, seeking benefits for others in personnel adjustments, accepting gifts of money, and having others pay expenses that should have been borne by himself, and even arranging for subordinate units to reimburse personal expenses. The investigation also showed that Meng Fugui took advantage of his position to provide assistance to others in areas such as business operations and personnel adjustments, and unlawfully accepted a huge amount of money and property. After review by the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to expel him from the Party, cancel related benefits in accordance with regulations, confiscate his disciplinary and illegal gains, and transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
