Baiyangdian Builds an Ecological Monitoring "Digital-Intelligent Network" to Achieve Real-Time Monitoring Across the Entire Area

Baiyangdian ecological monitoring is being upgraded, and Xiong'an New Area is building a three-dimensional network spanning sky, land, and lake AI water quality detection and pollution traceability are speeding up, safeguarding the wetland ecosystem in real time

Xiong'an New Area recently introduced the upgrade of the Baiyangdian ecological monitoring system. Relying on equipment such as monitoring boats, drones, satellite remote sensing, and sensors, the area has built a threedimensional monitoring network covering the sky, air, land, and lake, improving its realtime grasp of Baiyangdian's water quality and ecological changes. At the Ecological Environment Monitoring Center of Xiong'an New Area, the water quality AI intelligent detection system can automatically test water samples, completing analysis faster than the previous manual method, and supports 24/7 unattended operation. Monitoring staff said that in the past they had to make frequent trips for sampling and laboratory testing, whereas now more of their work has shifted to assessing data changes and checking for anomalies. The report also mentioned that pollution earlywarning and traceability equipment based on
