Shandong supports enterprises going global with high-level foreign-related rule of law

On August 5, the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice said that in recent years Shandong has continued to advance the development of foreignrelated legislation, law enforcement, justice, and legal service systems, providing ruleoflaw support for enterprises going global and serving highlevel opening up. In terms of institutional development, Shandong has continuously improved foreignrelated regulations and rules, while promoting the pilot free trade zone to produce a number of institutional innovation achievements and participate in the formulation and revision of international standards. At the same time, local authorities have strengthened law enforcement in areas such as export controls and antiunfair competition, and have helped enterprises respond to overseas risks and disputes through expert services and guidance on handling overseas intellectual property disputes. In judicial and public legal services, Shandong courts have increased efforts to hear foreignrelated commercial and maritime cases and established specialized trial mechanisms. Shandong has also launched the "Shandong Foreignrelated Legal Services Network," integrating resources from lawyers, notarization, arbitration, mediation, and more to provide services such as consultation, compliance guidance, and risk alerts. Departments including market regulation and commerce in Shandong Province have also continued to step up efforts in overseas dispute response, risk alerts, and the development of comprehensive service networks, helping enterprises expand into overseas markets more steadily.
