According to reports from the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision stationed at China National Petroleum Corporation, and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Panjin, Liaoning Province, Fan Shihong, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director, and Safety Director of the China Petroleum Material Procurement Center, is suspected of serious disciplinary violations and illegal acts, and is currently under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation.
