DL E&C announced on the 1st that 1,239 people applied for the unsubscribed units of 'Guri Station High Neaty River Park' in Guri, Gyeonggi Province. For some unit types, more than 300 applicants rushed in for 30 households, resulting in a competition rate of 10 to 1.
This subscription was for the remaining units left vacant due to some applicants being ineligible, and it was cited that demand was drawn by the fact that, as an unregulated area, a maximum loantovalue ratio (LTV) of 70% can be applied for mortgage loans, and that Guri Station is about 800 meters from the complex.
Around the complex, maintenance projects such as Guri Toepyeong District 2, Sutaekdong redevelopment, and Toepyeong District are also underway. Contracts will be signed on the 2nd, and the model house is set up near the site in Sutaekdong, Guri.
