Children's Voices Tell Red Stories, Young Pioneers Volunteer Docents Inherit the History of the Party

On the eve of the International Children's Day on June 1, Xi Jinping replied to letters from the Young Pioneers' Red Scarf interpreters at the Memorial for the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Nanhu Revolutionary Memorial Hall, encouraging them to continue telling red stories well and sending holiday greetings to children across the country. The article introduces the "Red Loudspeaker" junior interpreter club of Luwan No. 1 Central Primary School in Huangpu District, Shanghai. This volunteer interpretation team, made up of Young Pioneers members, was established in 2006 and has long provided interpretation services at the Memorial for the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, introducing the history of the Party to visitors in a simple and easytounderstand way. Over the past 20 years, these young interpreters have continuously innovated their interpretation formats, expanding from Mandarin interpretation to English, and turning their scripts into kuaiban performances and comic strips, allowing more young people to learn about red history through listening and participation. The article also mentions the "Red Boat Junior Guides" in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, as well as youth interpretation activities in Jinggangshan, Jiangxi; Daoxian, Hunan; Yan'an, Shaanxi; Fushun, Liaoning; and other places, reflecting the ongoing promotion of red education and volunteer interpretation practices across the country.
