A man in his 50s who was doing gravesite weed cutting work in Jeongseon County, Gangwon, was taken to the hospital in cardiac arrest after being stung by a bee, but he ultimately died.
The accident occurred at around 1:42 p.m. on the 12th near Dongdongjaegol of Nomoksan in Sabukri, Sabukeup, Jeongseon County. At the time, Mr. A was reported to have been stung by a bee while doing gravesite weed cutting.
Mr. A was found in cardiac arrest at the scene and was transported by fire helicopter to a nearby hospital, but he died. Police and fire authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
