Kyunghyang Shinmun's interactive project analyzes the career histories, party affiliations, appointment routes, and personal ties of 259 personnel in the Lee Jaemyung administration's Blue House to show personnel trends. The analysis covers staff at the administrative officer level and above, and examined changes in composition by comparing the August 2025 and August 2026 rosters. According to the data, political figures were the core in the first year, but in the second year the share of central government bureaucrats increased significantly, changing the overall structure. At the secretary level and above, people from diverse backgrounds, including politics, academia and research, bureaucracy, the media, and the legal profession, were mixed together, and most of the personnel whose party activity history could be confirmed had gone through Democratic Partyrelated paths. It also classified the personnel network based on the timing of contact with President Lee Jaemyung, politicians they worked with, and whether they were appointed through political connections. For personnel at the first viceministerial level and above, it also presented average age, gender, alma mater, and regional distribution to explain the overall characteristics of Blue House personnel.
