Liaoning continues to advance the construction of a law-based business environment

The Liaoning Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference on July 29 to announce that since the beginning of this year, courts across the province have focused on serving Liaoning's revitalization and development, and have continued to advance the building of a lawbased business environment, with the goal of creating the province with the best reputation for its business environment. The press conference said that Liaoning courts, in accordance with the law, equally protect the legitimate rights and interests of all types of business entities. Through measures such as flexible preservation and attachment, strengthened mediation, and guided settlement, they strive to balance corporate operations and the needs of judicial enforcement, while providing efficient disputeresolution services for foreigninvested enterprises. In terms of specific measures, courts across the province accepted 2,435 cases in the first half of the year involving contract fraud, intellectual property infringement, and other matters, and concluded 1,307 of them; the amount enforced reached 71.039 billion yuan. At the same time, Liaoning has also launched a oneyear centralized rectification campaign across the province's courts, addressing 24 issues in areas such as discipline and work style, trial and enforcement, and judicial services.
