Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, July 24 — State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong met with FBI Director Patel in Beijing on the 24th.
Wang Xiaohong said that the meeting between President Xi Jinping and President Trump in May this year pointed the way for cooperation between the two sides in various fields. He hopes the two sides will implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen constructive dialogue on the basis of mutual respect, and deepen practical cooperation in areas such as drug control, combating telecom and online fraud and child pornography crimes, antimoney laundering, and pursuing fugitives, in order to achieve more concrete results.
