The railway department said it has dynamically allocated transport capacity through a smart dispatch platform and AIbased passenger flow forecasting, and has added exit channels at major stations such as Guangzhou South Station, Shenzhen North Station, and Changsha South Station, while arranging volunteers to guide transfers and exits. At the same time, some stations have strengthened services for key passengers such as the elderly, the young, the sick, the disabled, and pregnant women, while retaining traditional channels such as ticket windows and manual ticket checks to make travel more convenient for different groups.
