According to materials submitted by the National Election Commission to the office of Rep. Yoon Kunyoung of the Democratic Party of Korea, former Chairman Noh received an oral report from the spokesperson around 5:20 p.m. on June 3. This was before voting had ended and appears to have been later than the time of awareness the NEC had previously explained.
