China Successfully Launches Satellite Internet Low-Orbit Group 23 Satellites

At 16:52 on August 4, China used the Long March 8A launch vehicle at the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site to place the Satellite Internet Low Earth Orbit 23rd Group of satellites into the planned orbit, and the mission was a complete success. This launch’s development work was undertaken by relevant units of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The Long March 8A rocket completed its first fullsystem verification flight after the upgrade in this mission, and achieved the “direct express” function for the first time, helping shorten the time it takes satellites to raise their orbit. According to reports, this was also the 661st flight of the Long March series launch vehicles, marking China’s continued progress in constellation deployment for loworbit satellite internet.
