On September 9, the "Science and Technology Innovation China" service team for new social strata members conducted an onsite inspection in Qingdao of the achievements in building the Qingdao SciTech Innovation Corridor, and held exchanges focused on innovation cooperation. Reports showed that the site featured application scenarios such as robots writing the character for "blessing," robotic arms making coffee, and VR flight training, demonstrating Qingdao's industrial foundation in areas such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics. Scholars interviewed said that Qingdao has a solid manufacturing base and relatively complete related industrial chains, giving the integration of AI and manufacturing significant application potential.
Participants said that such visits help connect enterprises, research institutions, experts and scholars, and investment organizations, promoting technology transformation and project matchmaking, while also providing a platform for exchanges that allows cuttingedge technologies to enter the front lines of industry and for industrial experience to be fed back into the innovation ecosystem.
