BEIJING, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) — President Xi Jinping returned to Beijing on the evening of Sept. 13 after concluding his attendance at the 18th BRICS Leaders' Meeting. According to reports, Cai Qi, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, as well as Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, also returned on the same flight.
