In a small shop in Hangzhou called "Shike Baking," a crossstrait couple, Zheng Weiren and He Fang, spend every morning kneading dough, proofing, and baking, turning baking into a shared career. Zheng Weiren is from Taipei, Taiwan. After coming to the mainland for work in 2009, he met Hangzhou native He Fang. The two came together through their shared love of baking and built a family.
