Anhui is promoting a vocational education and training model that integrates industry and education through "governmentled, schoolrun, enterprise participation," helping retired servicemen smoothly transition from military positions to industrial jobs. According to the report, on August 3, in the coating workshop of the Chery Automobile Industrial Park, a retired serviceman was engaged in equipment inspection and troubleshooting. As demand for industries such as new energy vehicles and industrial robots grows, Anhui has launched 12 types of courses around positions related to intelligent manufacturing, including drone operation, industrial robot operation, and PLC system control. The Anhui Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs said that, so far, 61 related demonstration training sessions have been held across the province, with 29 training institutions cooperating with 131 enterprises, helping a total of more than 900 retired servicemen secure employment. Among the young retired servicemen who participated in the training, many entered enterprises after completing their studies and assessments, with positions mainly concentrated in areas such as equipment maintenance and robot debugging.
