As the initial public offering of U.S. private space company SpaceX has been finalized, Mirae Asset Securities, which participated in the underwriting group, was allocated 2,314,815 shares. According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 12th, SpaceX allocated that amount of the Class A common shares it is selling this time to Mirae Asset Securities. With the offering price fixed at $135 per share, the value of the allocated shares is calculated at about $312.5 million, or roughly 475.1 billion won. In this offering, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley each received the largest allocations, and some global investment banks also received the same amount as Mirae Asset Securities. SpaceX made its stock market debut that day with the largest IPO in history.
