The notice stated that Guo Wei concealed information concerning his personal matters, used his position to benefit others in areas such as employee recruitment and job adjustments, accepted gifts that could affect the impartial performance of official duties, and improperly borrowed money and vehicles from entities under his management and service. He was also accused of taking advantage of his position to help others in project contracting, employee onboarding, and job adjustments, and of illegally accepting a huge amount of property. According to the notice, Guo Wei seriously violated the Party's organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituted a serious violation of duty, and was suspected of the crime of bribery.
