Korda played the course on the 3rd at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California, wearing a navy away jersey and a red golf skirt, and also attended the press conference in the same outfit. The tournament opens on the night of the 4th. She explained that this outfit was meant to commemorate joining the Solheim Cup as a representative of the United States, and also to show support for the U.S. national team at the upcoming CONCACAF World Cup. Korda wore the number 13, saying it is her favorite number. She will be aiming for backtoback major titles at this tournament.
