Han Zheng attends and delivers remarks at the opening ceremony of the 26th CIFIT

Vice President Han Zheng attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen, Fujian, on the morning of September 8. Han Zheng said that, in the face of rising uncertainty in the world, China will continue to expand highlevel opening up to the outside world and promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation. He pointed out that the CIFIT, with its permanent theme of "Expanding TwoWay Investment, Jointly Promoting Global Development," is even more practically significant under the current circumstances. Han Zheng put forward three proposals, including promoting cooperation for mutual benefit and winwin outcomes, strengthening international cooperation in scientific and technological and industrial innovation, and maintaining stable and unimpeded global industrial and supply chains. He also toured the exhibition halls before the opening ceremony and met with representatives of multinational companies and foreign chambers of commerce participating in the CIFIT, encouraging all parties to make good use of the platform and deepen twoway investment cooperation.
