On July 13, after the Liaoning Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Command made a request, the National Office of Flood Control, working with the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, urgently allocated more than 2,600 central government flood control supplies, including laminated woven fabric, to support Liaoning in carrying out flood control and emergency rescue work.
This allocation was intended to meet local flood control needs, ensure the supply of emergency rescue and disaster relief materials, and improve onsite response capabilities.
