The sunny scenery of Huangshan is enchanting; passenger flow on the East Gate passage is heating up
Popularity at Huangshan's East Gate passage is rising, and the extra-long Donghai Cableway unlocks a brand-new mountain-climbing experience With the September free-ticket policy in place, reservations have already exceeded 6,000 people. Come experience a more convenient trip to Huangshan
On September 12, Huangshan looked fresh and pleasant under clear, fine weather. As the East Gate passage, which was newly opened in June this year, continues to draw attention, the number of visitors who had reserved entry for the day had already exceeded 6,000, showing the entrance’s growing popularity.
The East Gate Visitor Center handles ticket verification, route inquiries, and visitor dispersal. Visitors can then take the Donghai cableway up the mountain. Tourists from Shanghai said the new passage has brought a different sightseeing experience from before, especially the extralong cableway, which makes the trip feel more novel.
The scenic area said the East Gate Visitor Center also houses the Huangshan World Geopark Museum, which uses exhibits and interactive content to present Huangshan’s geological evolution, biodiversity, and cultural history to visitors. From September 7 to 24, Huangshan Scenic Area is also offering a freeadmission policy to seven cities: Huangshan, Chizhou, Anqing, Xuancheng, Tongling, Wuhu, and Ma'anshan.
