Gimpo ‘Hoban Summit Pungmu II’ 1st-priority subscription records the highest competition rate of 25.7 to 1

Hoban Summit Poongmu II, which is being built in the Pungmu Station area in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province, recorded a competition rate of 5.8 to 1 on average in firstpriority subscription applications. According to the subscription page on the Korea Real Estate Board's Cheongyak Home, 3,072 people applied for the firstpriority subscription conducted the previous day for 533 units. For the 59㎡A exclusive type, 1,080 people applied for 42 units, posting the highest competition rate of 25.7 to 1. The competition rates for the 84㎡A and 84㎡B exclusive types were tallied at 10.7 to 1 and 3.8 to 1, respectively. Hoban Summit Poongmu II is a residential complex being developed in Block C5 of the Poongmu Station area urban development project in Saudong, Gimpo. It consists of 961 apartment units and 98 balconystyle officetel units, with movein scheduled for January 2030. The winners will be announced on the 10th, and the main contract signing will take place from the 22nd to the 25th.
