The Red Cross Society of China has allocated disaster relief supplies to the Qinghai earthquake-stricken area

Relief supplies have been allocated for the Qinghai earthquake, and the Red Cross has provided emergency support to affected residents in Xinghai County. Tents, bedding, and relief kits are now in place, helping local resettlement and rescue efforts and speeding up recovery.

According to a message on the Red Cross Society of China website, on July 28, Xinghai County in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, experienced multiple earthquakes of magnitude 5 or above. Based on the disaster situation and needs reported by the Qinghai Provincial Red Cross Society, the Red Cross Society of China has allocated a total of 2,500 relief supplies, including family aid kits and windbreak jackets, to the affected areas to support local disaster relief and assistance efforts. In addition, on the day the earthquakes occurred, the Qinghai Provincial Red Cross Society and the Hainan Prefecture Red Cross Society urgently dispatched 1,100 items (sets) of supplies, including tents, folding beds, quilts, and bedding, and sent a relief and rescue team to the disaster area to carry out rescue and relief work as well as relocation and resettlement efforts.
