Xi Jinping recently made important instructions on building a higherlevel Safe China, stressing the need to unswervingly implement the overall national security concept, coordinate development and security, advance the development of the national security system and capacity, improve the level of public security governance, refine the social governance system, prevent and defuse various risks, and provide guarantees for Chinese modernization.
The article mentioned that the Safe China construction work conference was held in Beijing on September 28. The conference summarized the progress made in Safe China construction in recent years and stated that, under the leadership of the Party Central Committee, security construction has become an important symbol of “Chinese governance.”
