In terms of placement, Hainan emphasizes combining placement with contribution, and has launched digital calculation tools on the "Haiyi Ban" platform and related government affairs public accounts to improve the efficiency of placement services. In terms of training, local authorities have focused on the industry needs of the Free Trade Port and carried out skills training in drone operation, yacht driving, water rescue, and other areas, while also providing policies to support educational advancement, helping retired military personnel enhance their employment competitiveness. In terms of employment and entrepreneurship support, Hainan on the one hand organizes special recruitment fairs and targeted hiring, and on the other hand provides assistance for retired military personnel to start businesses through financial support, mentor guidance, and market matching. In addition, Hainan has also cooperated with insurance institutions to provide donated insurance coverage for retired soldiers awaiting placement, further reducing the financial pressure on families caused by accidents and illness.
