On the 26th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, at the invitation of the Seychelles government, Special Envoy of President Xi Jinping and Minister of Transport Liu Wei will travel to Victoria, the capital of Seychelles, to attend the 50th anniversary celebration of independence to be held locally on June 28.
This visit is part of the formal arrangement for China’s participation in Seychelles’ National Day commemoration activities and reflects the normal diplomatic exchanges and communication between the two sides.
