The notice stated that Zhang Jianning was found to have resisted organizational review, unlawfully accepted gifts and消费 cards, accepted arrangements for golf activities, had others pay expenses that should have been borne by himself, sought benefits for others in job promotions and accepted money and property, among other issues.
