Local authorities said that after the highspeed rail opened, Qianjiang has seen significant changes in transportation connectivity, cultural and tourism consumption, industrial investment attraction, and public services, with the region's development vitality continuing to strengthen. The press conference disclosed that Qianjiang HighSpeed Rail Station handles nearly 10,000 passenger arrivals and departures per day on average. As the highspeed rail integrates into the national highspeed rail network, the linkage between Qianjiang and surrounding areas has further strengthened, driving faster growth in rural tourism,特色 homestays, and sales of mountain agricultural products to outside markets. Relying on the highspeed rail cultural and tourism alliance, local authorities have also launched multiple themed routes to promote crossregional tourism cooperation. In terms of industry, Qianjiang is advancing the construction of a model industrial cooperation park and stepping up investment promotion efforts, with the total investment scale of projects under discussion in reserve having expanded. At the same time, local authorities are promoting coordinated development of public services such as healthcare, education, and transportation transfers, aiming to build a regional central city on the border of Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan, and Guizhou.
