On June 13, Hunan launched the recording of the realworld workplace challenge event “Career Star Challenge: A New Future for Internships” in Changsha, exploring new ways for companies and young talent to connect in both directions, with a focus on empowering employment for college graduates. This event breaks away from the traditional oneway screening model of job fairs and features segments such as personal presentations, résumé consultations, workplace communication simulations, and emergency response to unexpected issues, allowing job seekers to demonstrate their expression skills, adaptability, and professional competence in real workplace scenarios. Companies also learn how well candidates match the positions through onsite questions and exchange using placards. The organizer said that 30 job seekers were selected from nearly 1,000 graduates at more than 50 universities inside and outside Hunan Province to take part in the event, and the onsite intenttohire signing rate exceeded 90%. The Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security said that such events are intended to combine job search guidance, practical assessment, job placement, and growth support, helping graduates achieve internship and employment matching more efficiently.
