The 7th Standing Committee Meeting of the 13th National Federation of Industry and Commerce was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, from July 14 to 15. The meeting focused on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and subsequent plenary sessions, reviewed work in the first half of the year, and deployed key tasks for the second half.
The meeting pointed out that in the first half of this year, the private economy maintained strong resilience and vitality and made new progress in highquality development. Federations of Industry and Commerce at all levels, focusing on serving the overall interests and promoting the "two healthy" developments, have continued to make progress in strengthening the development of the private economy workforce, advancing the modernization of corporate governance, and guiding the fulfillment of social responsibilities, achieving new results.
The meeting also stressed that related work should be well prepared around the "15th FiveYear Plan," support private enterprises in developing new quality productive forces, continuously optimize services, promote the implementation of relevant policies, and strengthen chamber of commerce reform, Party building, and standardized development. During the meeting, the "Report on the Social Responsibility of Chinese Private Enterprises (2026)" was also released, and related special reports and activities to support highquality development in Inner Mongolia were held.
