The article said that at present, 27 provinces and municipalities, including Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong, and Shaanxi, have introduced local regulations or rules on earthquake early warning management, making it clear that no organization or individual may release early warning information without authorization. After technical assessment, earthquake departments also allow qualified thirdparty institutions to connect to the unified information source and broadcast early warning content to the public.
