Netmarble has decided to sell both the building and the land of its headquarters, G Tower, located in Gurogu, Seoul.
In a disclosure on the 4th, Netmarble said the disposal amount was approximately 696.77 billion won, and the buyer is Jivesco Asset Management's Real Estate Trust No. 4. NH Investment & Securities is handling the trust business.
Netmarble has been pursuing the sale of G Tower since last year.
