The global girl group KATSEYE set a new teambest record with their new song 'Animal,' rising to No. 4 on the US Spotify Daily Top Songs chart. It ranked higher than their previous hit songs and also entered the global chart at No. 9.
The track also charted in 47 countries and regions, including the US, Canada, and the UK. Among songs released for less than 24 hours, 'Animal' was the only one to enter the global Top Songs top 20.
The music video response spread quickly as well. It surpassed 10 million views on YouTube within a day of release, and Demi Moore's cameo appearance and the pop star concept drew attention. KATSEYE is set to release a new EP next month and begin a North America and Europe tour starting in September.
