Friendly Cities from Multiple Countries Seek New Opportunities for Local Cooperation at the CAEXPO

During the 23rd ChinaASEAN Expo, international sister cities, friendly exchange cities, and friendly organizations from multiple countries gathered in Nanning. In the "Guangxi International Sister Cities at CAEXPO" exhibition area, they displayed their distinctive products and urban cultures and explored new opportunities for local cooperation.
Reports show that this year's CAEXPO was held in Nanning from September 17 to 21, attracting 31 international sister cities, friendly exchange cities, and friendly organizations from 15 countries across four continents. Exhibitors brought local specialty products such as ham, handicrafts, lavender products, and freezedried durian, while also promoting their local scenery and development potential.
Many representatives said that CAEXPO provides a platform for facetoface exchanges among cities and for cooperation in trade, economics, and culture and peopletopeople ties. They hope to use this opportunity to expand their partners and promote cultural mutual learning, youth exchanges, and industrial cooperation. Guangxi said that it has currently established 134 pairs of international sistercity relationships with 41 countries, including 62 pairs with ASEAN countries.
